All private Body Transformation & Weight Loss Coaching sessions with Crave Fitness & Nutrition’s owner Tracy Gardner are conducted in person for this unique program combining body transformation with Personal Training and Weight Loss Programs.
1st session – We review your health history form and listen to your concerns, goals and passions. We develop a plan specifically for you. We schedule our 3 weekly training sessions and start the transformation.
Following sessions – We work together to see what healthy habits we can incorporate immediately based on a personalized nutrition program, review food logs, weigh-in, discussion and the best part we get to SWEAT!
During the Program – We address your continued challenges and fine-tune your new, healthy habits. This is not just a TEMPORARY FIX we are making a full body transformation and learning lifestyle habits. |

| Stay On Track & Maintain It with Crave Fitness & Nutrition |
| Like many of my clients, you may want to continue coaching after your initial body transformation & weight loss coaching program is complete. This “follow-up” style of coaching is offered in more of an “a la carte” style with monthly or bi-monthly check-ins available as long as required to keep you ON TRACK after the initial program ends. |

| Policies & Procedures: |
| Cancellation Policy: Scheduled personal sessions reserves that time slot with me. Missed sessions, other than for extreme emergencies, will still be charged in full against your program sessions. This policy’s objective is to create a reliable scheduling routine for us and create consistency and accountability throughout your program. Please enjoy your sessions and be consistent in keeping your appointments.
Re-scheduling Procedure: If you need to re-schedule an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session or you will be charged for that session. Rescheduled sessions will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
