Maintenance Plan

Like many of my clients, you may want to continue coaching after your initial body transformation & weight loss coaching program is complete but with less frequent appointments, this “follow-up” style of coaching is offered in more of an “a la carte” style with monthly or bi-monthly check-ins available for as long as you need the support and accountability after the initial program ends or whenever you need to check-in and need some motivation, inspiration or just a boost!
“Stay On Track & Maintain It” works perfectly for follow up to the  Get Healthy Now Nutritional Evaluation.  This is for those that are On Track but just need a boost now and then.  Tracy will recommend an appropriate time for follow up.   3 -4 Follow-ups are recommended to “Stay On Track” for the BEST Results!
