Getting Started

You will be coached and monitored every step of the way by a trained Ideal Protein Coach or an approved Ideal Protein Healthcare professional.    We require that you complete our Health Profile prior to coming to your first consultation with us in order to save time.

Please download, print and complete the Health Profile and bring it with you at the time of your appointment.  The Handout is also beneficial to you prior to coming in to the office in order for you to better understand the basics of our program.

Schedule a Consultation

Your first step is to schedule a consultation with our office.  It will cost you approximately $162 for your starter kit of  foods (2 weeks worth) and  $72 for the required supplements.  The consult fee and the fee for the starter kit with 2 weeks of food  and supplements are due at the time of your appointment.  The following weeks will cost approximately $84.00-90.00 per week plus tax for your Ideal Protein food.

Our program is tried and proven; you follow the diet protocol, you will not be hungry and you will lose the weight we boast.  Yes, that’s correct…  YOU WILL NOT BE HUNGRY! AND…  YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

About Phase One

Foods Not Allowed in Phase One

The 4 Phases of your LAST Diet

You start out eating some foods you can buy from the grocery store AND the ideal protein packets.  The packets are premeasured to give you optimal weight loss.  As you move forward in the diet process, you will eat less Ideal Protein packets of food and more food you can purchase from the grocery store.

Stage 1: You start out using an Ideal Protien packet as the basis of 3 of your 4 meals each day-you will follow this regimen until you have reached 90% of your weight loss goal. Average Cost: $84-$90 per week

Stage 2: You reduce the Ideal Protien foods to 2 per day and continue the Ideal plan until you’ve reached 100% of your goal. Average Cost: $60 per week

Stage 3: For weight loss stabilization, you will reintroduce moderate amounts of fats and carbohydrates to your diet for 14 days. Average Cost: $30 per week

Stage 4: You continue to eat the way you have by this time learned to eat by choosing healthy foods and the right combinations of foods.
